-Live Learning Labs (Putting theory into action: supporting comprehension, teacher language, going beyond the logistics of the program and focus on the implementation of the program).  Day 1 rich conversation (here's the background).  Day 2 feedback and reflect on exactly what was done, could be improved, etc.  3-4 observers.  Everyone may not get a turn to be observed/teach, but everyone plays an active role in learning ie. observing, participating in rich conversation, providing feedback, etc.  Giving choices will be important
-Capture some video and audio clips that can used for self reflection initially and then perhaps lead to sharing with colleagues
