Having respect and responsibility with the communication we use, from my point of view means that we listen carefully and respond kindly to others, even if we disagree with them. We have to express our opinions and thoughts, but we also have to understand  the perspectives of others. One of the key components of respectful communication is that before saying, sending or chatting something we have to stop a moment and think if we would like people saying that from me.
