Austin:hi senjev,how do you do?

Senjev:fine.

Austin:did you find out that is some problem of recreational park.

Senjev:of course.

Austin:let tell me the problem that you found.

Senjev:there are many application were broken and old

Austin:I think so，but I also found that sometimes the surrounding of the recreational park was dirty,its  was full with rubbish. I am uncomfortable with the rubbish.

Senjev:maybe we can complaint with the person in charge.

Austin: think we also can do some action.with my opinion,we can find some people who volunteer to clean the park with us.we can clean the about each two week.

Senjev:oh,what a good idea.this is the most effective action.

Austin:isn’t it.i will ask some volunteer to join us by tomorrow.then we entrust the work like painting,repair and other to the person in charge.what we can do is take care the cleanliness of the surrounding.

Senjev:remember,when u ask for the volunteer you call me,maybe I can help you a little bit.

    While playing the game amir have issue in his pc

    Amir got stress and go to owner....

    Amir:Bro, please check my pc. my pc suddenly lag when i in online gaming

    Danial :I am here to complain about your saloon services

    Izzaiman :May i know what is wrong with our services ?

    Danial :I am quite offended with your rude workers.

    Izzaiman :May i know the detail ?

    Danial :Yesterday i come to get a haircut and i tell the hairdresser the exact type of hair cut i want however she accidently cut my hair too short 

    Izzaiman :I am deeply sorry sir 

    Danial : Other than that , i also ask for the best dye product that suit my hair condition and they suggest me one of the most popular dye in your saloon but after i use it i have to faced an extreme hairloss

    Izzaiman : I am sorry sir , i believed our dye product is not suitable for your hair condition

    Danial : In addition , i also have a miscommunication with the hairdresser which make her mad and start to curse , that is just rude

    Izzaiman :Again i am deeply sorry sir , do you have any suggestions on how to make our services here better ?

    Danial : Please teach your workers on hairstyling to improve their skill. I also suggest you to give warning to your workers who use harsh words to prevent them to talk in such manner again.I also suggest you to teach your workers about your product so they can make the best suggestions for customer with different type of hair condition.

    Izzaiman : Thank you for your feedbacks sir and our saloon will pay compensation on the damage that we have caused . I as the manager of the saloon is deeply sorry and i hope you will come again to our saloon
