In my opinion I think the Rube Goldberg challenge was fun. When you got together with your group it was fun to get together with your friends. And even though it was a little hard to collaborate we all eventually got to say want we wanted. In the challenge you had to think very hard because you had to think whether your machine will work or not. You had to be very creative because you had to create your own machine with your group so you had to get creative to make sure that your machine will work. Also you had to be patient and nnot willing to give up because even if your machine doesn't work the first time you will have to be patient and you will have to keep on trying untill it works. Over all I thought the Rube Goldberg challenge was very fun because it taught you valueble lessons that can be used for the future.

For the Rube Goldberg Challenge, I really liked doing it and doing something I thought I would do before. I would recommend it to a lot of people because it was really fun and how you get to experience new things and items that you never used before. What I learned is that you should never give up because my team and I had many errors but we kept trying and never gave up. Over all, I think it was a really cool experience.

I think that in the rube goldberg project you had to be creative because a lot of other people are doing the rube goldberg project and if you don't want to copy them then you had to be creative. I also think that you had to collaborate because just your own ideas usually won't work by themselves. Also, if one of your ideas does not work and you don't have any more ideas in the moment then the other members in your group will probably have some. There was also a lot of critical thinking because if nobody at your group has any ideas for the problem that happened in your machine then you have to have to use a lot of critical thinking. Our group did use the engineering design process because first we had to ask the problem and ask questions to learn more about simple machines and the rube goldberg problem. Then we had to imagine how the machine was going to work. Then we had to collaborate for the plan. Then we had to create the machine and then improve it.

In my opinion the Rube Goldberg was super fun and very messy. The creativity was good for my brain to think hard for ideas. When we were in the engineering design process there was a lot of trial and error so every time we made a new plan it was getting better and better a new plan was made. Collaborating may have been hard but we ended up with a well working final product. I learned that some basic things in life (like driveways axes etc...) are simple machines for a use to make life easier. I never realized that when I turn a doorknob I am using a wheel and axle or when my parents drive down a driveway they are using a ramp. This experience helped me learn what simple machines are.

In my opinion I liked the Rube Goldberg challenge. I liked the Rube Goldberg challenge for many reasons. The first reason is that I like to build contraptions. The second reason why I like the Rube Goldberg Challenge is because I like to be challenged. I like to be challenged is because it is no fun at all when you are just doing things that are not challenging at all. The final reason why I like the Rube Goldberg Challenge is because I got to work with my friends. I like to work with my friends is because they are much more easy to talk with than brand new people. I know that to build confidence you need to talk to new people, but I really wanted to work with my friends for this project. As you can see the Rube Goldberg challenge is really fun.

But, I think that the group size was too large and hectic. I might have rather work in a partnership. On the other hand, it was fun to find my inner creativity and act as an engineer for a while. Overall, I think this was a great learning experience and that we should do things like this more often.

I experienced a lot of rage andsuccess but what the Rube Goldberg challenge taught me was that you always need a different plan just in case and working with a group could sometimes be better that working just by yourself. And that the Rube Goldberg challenge let us use our creative minds and make a simple task into a task that will take time to make a cooler way of doing the task. It also helped me more with collaboration and see what other people thought.

well I think that the first day we did not work together that well but I think that as we moved through it we learned to work together and that we all hade to think off ideos and then when my partners thought of something sometimes my partners or me will add on to that to make it better i thought that it was fun and would like to do it again and we had so many mistakes but in the end we made it work. when you get confused or anger it only leads to trial because you try a lot of other things. sometimes when you have eror you find a lot of new posibilotes.

Well I think the Rube Goldberg machine contest was a really good brain teaser and I would recommend it to a lot of people because it was really fun and how you get to experience new things and items that you never used before. You also get to try to be an engineer and you learn anything is possible. You may get mad failing all the time but it will teach you some things are hard in life. It also makes us use our brain, and think of new and cool ideas like we did today.Another reason I think It was good is because you get to learn about the tools in many different ways like what he tools are used for, the way you used it, how many ways that tool could be used, and how many different ways it makes you think. That is all I think about the Rube Goldberg challenge and I hope you think the same way.

Another reason I enjoyed it was how you had to work together with your group. The things I didn't enjoy so much were the frustration of failing. And might not agree on the same idea. I kind of like other projects like the Team sports project because you find your own information then work together. My final reason is you are not competing with anyone so you get your own grade and it's not a conflict challenge

It definitely made me learn how to collaborate with others and sometimes it was frustrating. I did have to think what is wrong and it did help us with our project. The design progress was trial and error, trial and error over and over again but we ended up having fun. I did not like how large the group was it was hard to work together because everyone was shouting and it was difficult. The Rube Goldberg challenge brought out good things in people but in some the worst came out in others and were showing their competitive, meanish side and I did not appreciate that very much. Overall, it was ok but not so much competition please!

I loved the Rube Goldberg Project! You need to work together and create a working machine. It was frustrating most of the time but we all had fun. Our original machine was over the limit and we built new ones all not working. We all had a part to do things. We all had different ideas so we had to do some critical thinking. We also had to be creative. We had to find some regular things at home no buying. We had to learn about all the simple machines and how to build and use them. Also how to use them while being as creative as we could be. Most of the time I was annoyed because our machine worked perfectly well but at judging everything went wrong. But we persevered. The Rube Goldberg challenge was also exciting because when you see your machine work and all the steps go by its extremely satisfying to see your hard work be successful. The challenge let me be creative in so many different ways. It also enabled me to image new ideas to have a successful machine. I went through a lot of trial and error while participating in the challenge but many life lessons along the way. Most importantly I learned to collaborate with my teammates by turning all of our ideas into 1. I loved the fact that the challenge made me try harder at everything.

In my opinion the rube gold berg project was a lot of thing it was, boring, frustrating, satisfying, challenging and exciting. Here are my explanations.

Boring because when I first went in the place you learn about the project in the M.P.R and think that is the real rube gold berg project. Also the stations aren't set up well. You can't get any work done because you always keep switching stations. Sometimes the kids you work with don't appreciate the effort you put into something and start to break it.

Frustrating and Challenging because you think it's going to be easy to do but when you begin nobody knows where to start. The only information you know is the simple machine needs to stick a band-aid to a surface. After about 2 practices you learn from your teacher you need to stick it to a vertical surface not a horizontal one. What I find is some of your teammates get frustrated to until you find some kind of step. It is frustrating when the machine works works but after that it's not working. It's also frustrating when you need a intervention while your machine is running and in the judging.

Satisfying and Exciting because when you finally actually finding your other teammates got some steps done. When you find you got a complete plan you are very satisfied and excited. Also when you get your first band-aid to stick and you get really excited. Also it is when you think your going to make it to the district level.
I learned a lot of life lessons from this experience. I think the most useful ones are trial and error, creativity, trying new things, working together persevere sharing thoughts. I would recommend the rube project to anyone who would ask me or just recommend it to them. Trial and error can help when you you need to persevere or achieve a important goal to you. People need to try new things like other peoples ideas not just yours. Collaborating is the key to getting the steps to make the project to work. It's not just winning. Its helping others and achieving the goal you need to achieve. which is doing the project.

All I can say is that It was Fun, Hard and Frustrating.

In my opinion I think the Rube Goldberg project was good and a little annoying sometimes. I think it was good because you get to learn about the tools in many different ways like what he tools are used for, the way you used it, how many ways that tool could be used, and how many different ways it makes you think. Another reason I enjoyed it was how you had to work together with your group. The things I didn't enjoy so much were the frustration of failing. And might not agree on the same idea. I kind of like other projects like the Team sports project because you find your own information then work together. My final reason is you are not competing with anyone so you get your own grade and it's not a conflict / Challenge. If you compete against classmates you could have conflict against other teams. This was a stressful process but overall this was very helpful and I think many people will say they did learn a lot one of those people is me. This is my opinion on the Rube Goldberg project

I say this because my group and I went through a lot of trial and error and it was very frustrating but fun too. Frustrating because we all ways failed and then it did fine until the dominoes did not fall over. Overall it was a lot of fun.

In my opinion I thought that the Rube Goldberg challenge was fun and enjoyable. But sometimes it was hard because the group(not saying any names) I was in would fool-around and not get any work done. But we managed to make an amazing contraption! Although we didn't always get along; we still had fun. The design process was important, but cooperation and collaboration were even more important. Over all it was great!!

It was not bad and it gave me some me some very bad tempered attitude but it was a very good thing to expand on science if you want to do a job like Rube Goldberg's. Certain times it worked but then our group thought it would work again but it did not so that really made me angry. Our creation took us weeks but we never gave up and really persevered through this very hard project. We built it out of borrowed stuff from other people and created a really good machine even though we thought it was a failure but after we tried it, it worked three times in a row! That made us have confidence in our project and machine. the materials in our machine were Jenga Blocks, Hot Wheels tracks, A Zipline, Balls, a Can, Movie cases, and a Book Box case. I believed in our project.

In my opinion I liked the Rube Goldberg challenge. I liked the Rube Goldberg challenge for many reasons. The first reason is that I like to build contraptions. The second reason why I like the Rube Goldberg Challenge is because I like to be challenged. I like to be challenged is because it is no fun at all when you are just doing things that are not challenging at all.The third reason why I liked the Rube Goldberg Challenge is because I liked was that every time the contraption worked I get the very satisfying feeling. The fourth reason why I liked the Rube Goldberg is because I get to see what other people built and some of them were extremely interesting for example R.J.'s group had a zip line and Simon's group used Legos. The fifth reason why I liked the Rube Goldberg challenge is because we scored 100% on our Rube Goldberg contraption. The final reason why I like the Rube Goldberg Challenge is because I got to work with my friends. I like to work with my friends is because they are much more easy to talk with than brand new people. I know that to build confidence you need to talk to new people, but I really wanted to work with my friends for this project. This reason goes against my thoughts about the Rube Goldberg Challenge. The Reason is that our team did not win, but the Rube Goldberg Challenge was not about winning. As you can see the Rube Goldberg challenge is really fun.
