It includes a resistance band, an ab wheel, a jump rope and a pushup stand. The pair of handles that connect to the exercise gear have sensors such as a six-axis accelerometer, a gyroscope, a capacitive sensor, a pressure grip sensor infrared for measuring distance. I use this as my computer screen when I screen-mirror my Microsoft Surface to it. I can then control my Surface device and the TV screen separately, almost as if I had two monitors. Surfing the web, using apps, controlling other devices such as the fridge or the thermostat can all be done through the TV. When the vibrations nudge me to have a glass of water or to stand for one minute, I will often obey. It has made me more aware of my physical activity, but my life style changes have made more of a difference. I take the stairs more when possible. A healthier life style change is more important than a vibrating watch. Sorry, Fitbit, but my life is better because of me.
