The problem it addresses is teen anxiety and isolation due to the pandemic. Many teens have had to stay home in remote learning and are unable to socialize with friends and family in ways they were previously used to, and now millions of teens are experiencing more isolation and withdrawal from loved ones and nature.

In this app, the user takes a walk through natural environments and interacts with NPCs. The NPCs guide the user through a self-examination of how they are feelings and give suggestions of mindfulness exercises. In this app, the person using it will be asked a set of questions like a survey on how they're feeling or how they're day is going. Then based on the answers, my app will come out in like a calming background with trees and a lake of water. In addition, there is also calming music in the background. And tell the person using the app that they should be doing this instead of that because they're harming themselves and others around them. Also, if the teens end up saying something how they're having a pretty good day but it's still been hard for them.
