It affects the amount of people living in that particular community. It also depends on the type of community to it is. For example, a farming community would depend on the clean water for watering their crops and possibly drinking. Therefore, their water must remain clean. If the water's dirty, then the community wouldn't do well, because the crops would fail, and the community would go bankrupt.

Water quality greatly affects the ecology of a community due to the fact that we rely so much on water for all parts of our lives wether it be for economical purposes (farming in Wamego's case, trout festival), for fun (fishing), for drinking, and for transportation. If that water quality were to be altered, then it would mean drastic changes in Wamego.

Water quality is one of the biggest things humans need to live. If the water quality is poor, it is very hard for humans to settle and live in that area. In Wamego, they have the beautiful Crystal River. Many things depend on this river, fish such as trout, plants, and the citizens of Wamego. Up until now, Wamego has done a good job of keeping the river clean and the wildlife wild and alive. Now they face a dilemma of either letting Fab.co move in.

Water quality is very important in Wamego. one reason is because of the fishing industry. If people are polluting the water then the fish will get sick. Since trout is the biggest crop, tourist come just for the festival and if the residents and tourists in Wamego eat the fish then they will get sick as well. When people get sick then it leads to no more tourists and soon very little residents. If the population starts decreasing rapidly then there will be no businesses and then the city will go bankrupt.

Water is as deciding factor of how Wamego residents live their life. It is tied to their fishing and farming market or transportation. In any way, if the water is tinkered with or altered maybe from a new industry, that could mean drastic changes to the water and lifestyle. Since Wamego really depends on its water, a drought or change means very, very bad news,

Water quality takes a big part in Wamego's community in many ways. One way water quality takes place is in growing crops like corn and soybeans. Corn and soybeans need to have decent water quality to grow. For example, if you dump a bucket of dirty, murky, and gross water that is full of bacteria (Like Jar 1), it will not grow. The citizens of Wamego depend on their corn and soybeans, as they are the best crop to grow in Wamego. Farming is important in Wamego's community, but the only way that farming quality can be good, is when the water quality is good. Another way water quality takes place in is the Crystal River, home to many trout. The water quality needs to be stable in the river because trout need clean water to survive. Trout is a big part in Wamego's community because many people fish there and because there is a Trout Festival every year that brings Wamego's community together to celebrate trout fishing, preservation, and educating others on what trout need to thrive. The Trout Festival also attracts tourists which brings in money for the community. This all happens because of water quality and water supply. Thankfully, Wamego has good water supply because of the Crystal River, otherwise Wamego would have a hard time thriving.

Thank you for reading! - Julian A. Not only will their drinking source be polluted. They could be facing their crops withering and their tourists leaving. Also if the farm was polluted many people would lose their jobs and maybe jobs downstream.

Water quality highly effects every community. The quality of your water effects the entire ecosystem and all life inside that water. You want it to be sustainable for whatever is living in it. In the case of Fab.co wanting to move in to Wemego, it could distrupt all the marine life inside the Crystal River. The company might pollute the waters when manufacturing their products, this might cause animals to get sick or hurt. Including the famous Wemego trout. This would not just hurt the fish, it would hurt the people who are making money off the fish. They would have less of a profit and their trout festival might be canceled.

Water quality is very important to some cities, towns, or states. In Wamego, the people who live there mostly rely on fishing for Tuna from the Crystal River or farming corn and soybeans. The quality of the water is important for both of them. You need clean water for the fishlike tuna in the river or else they wouldn't survive. Farming communities like Wamego, need good, clean water to make your crops such as corn and soybeans to grow and persevere. Both of these situations depend on the quality of the water and if you don't have good mineralized water, then the community wouldn't thrive or do very well because then they can't grow or fish for any food.

Water quality effects the ecology of a community because if the water quality is poor then it will be hard for anything to live there. Fishing is a big part of Wamego and if the water quality is poor then no fish will live there and no fishing can be done. Also, humans want clean water to live near and brown water will not seem appealing to humans. Also, in a farming community clean water is essential to water the crops and if you can't water the crops no food can be produced and people will starve. Therefore, the water quality is very important in a community like Wamego.

Animals are known to usually attract near water sorsces if they need water to live. This means that if there is clean drinking water more humans will attract toward the water source. This means that water quality does effect the ecology because more living organisms will attract close to the water source. In the senecio case Fabco wants to move to the river because they need the water from it and it is cheep land. Fabco will pollute the water and make all the waters helpfulness before Fabco none existent. If Fabco was able to find a way to use the water without completely turning the town into a city then I think Fabco should move in because they would not be changing the quality of the water to much.

Water quality is very important to the people of Wamego. In Wamego people use the water to fish, drink and most importantly farm. If Fab.co were to to come into the picture a lot would change. The water would be polluted which would affect the crops and the drinking water. Lastly fishing is a big part of the community. If the water is polluted two things could happen. When you fish, if you catch any there will be chemicals in them and you want to eat it, or when you go fishing there will be none because all of the chemicals killed them. Water is a big part of Wamego and if the smallest change were to happen to its water it could have a major affect on the community

Sorry about the other one, accidentally posted! All content from 'Continuation' has been moved here.

I think that Wamego should embrace this opportunity. I do not believe that a business like FabCo would pusposely pollute the water. If Wamego employs water quality regulations then it will not feel the effects that other places have faced during industrialization. Festivals like the Trout Festival can continue to happen and farmers can still produce crops, but the introduction of FabCo would put Wamego on the map. Water quality can catastrophically affect a community, but FabCo never says that it will pollute the water, only use it for trade and as a raw material. Trade would be extremely healthy for Wamego. I support letting FabCo build their HQ in Wamego as long as they operate under very environmentally conservative policies.

Water quality can determine the health of a community, as water with stuff that isn't supposed to be there (lead, uranium, bacteria, etc) can and will affect a communities health, and everything that drinks that water, like animals and humans, will have the contaminated water, and possibly/will get sick from it
In Wamingo, their river is where they get water for crops and fish for food. If that water is contaminated, no more fish, bad crops. So accepting Fab co. will depend on how they treat their waste. If in other Fab co. factories, thier waste was taken care of in a way that dosent harm the environment and the water, I would let them into Wamengo
