         <description><![CDATA[<div>When I get those negative thoughts it impacts how I feel. I begin to feel useless, helpless, and like I'm a waste of space. Then it transitions to me believing that I am less than everyone else, which results in me getting insecure and lots of anxiety. I want to see my emotional and social development be positively impacted by my change in thoughts.&nbsp;</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>No, I assume it has something to do with college and the stress that comes with it because I've always had those negative thoughts, but typically I would skip over them and move forward. Recently is when it has become an issue and has been occurring more frequently. Now even the simple things feel hard to accomplish, on top of the self-deprecating thoughts.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Every time I get a negative thought, I will catch it and turn it into something positive. For example, if I think to myself, "I can't do this, I should just give up or find the easy way out." I would change that thought to something positive like, "I can do this. I just need to put my mind to it and do the best I can, because doing the best I can is all that matters."</div>]]></description>
