Mainly the receiver is people reading The Guardian.<br><br>Rhetorical techniques:<br>The reporter is really subjective, he is not stating actual facts, but more stating facts based on his opinion. He is not taking and conclusions in perspective to other statistics or other peoples research.<br>Which mean this article is biased, we do not hear other perspectives than Matthew Weaver.<br><br>6. Conclude on the article.<br><br>The upper class have a lot more opportunities then the other classes in UK, examples universities and business. We can perspective the UK to Denmark.
