         <description><![CDATA[<p>Directions: </p><p><br></p><p>Part 1: For each month, hover over the top right of the post square to edit it. Replace the text with a wellness tip you learned in this module. You must cover all areas of wellness from this module (see exit ticket for list). Be as creative as you want - you can make your tips relevant for the season, for example. You can change the images if you'd like.</p><p><br></p><p>Part 2: Add a new comment on each month. In the comment, create a goal for yourself that relates to your tip. The goal can be short- or long-term but should be something you can accomplish within the year.</p>]]></description>
