It was do or die really.. I can't thank the team enough.. Especially Sophie in my case.. She kept contact with me and looked after me with my patches and little chats when she contacted me to check in on how I was doing.. chats that went a long way.. Its getting easier and with Stop Smoking support your really increasing your chances of quitting for good.. My health has improved so much and I'm forever thankful to the Stop Smoking team 🙂
