Learners can play a Kahoot! Game to practice the vocabulary about hobbies; you can find the link in the section “Online games and more”.

Moreover, this weekend learners will complete a listening assessment in Rockalingua about a shot story that we have listen during the lesson time and we also have made a worksheet about it. First, they will listen to a story, then they will order the sequence of the story and finally, they will complete a quiz. The activity takes 15 minutes and the result will be considered as their listening assessment for this unit.

Thank you to the learners who have completed the Kahoot! Game and the listening assessment in Rockalingua. However, the number of learners was very low and this is the reason why this weekend the suggestion is to complete those two activities from last week. You can read the details in the previous post. 

For those students who have completed the activities already, they can read once again the book that we read during the lesson time. The book´s name is “El número once” in Raz Kids, but also, you can find the PDF version of the book in the section “More books” in this Padlet.

This week, the learners used their communication skills and asked their friends about the hobbies that they love, like or dislike. Also, we have started a collaborated work in Padlet where learners are writing short sentences. 

This weekend, they can visit again the Padlet activity and add more sentences and pictures; also, they can add more vocabulary (learners added the vocabulary in the class, but there is still some vocabulary missing that they can add). Furthermore, now the option to react to the posts is available, so learners can also read their friends sentences and leave them a ❤️.

Geçen hafta Rockalingua ödevini tamamlayan öğrencilere teşekkür ederim. Halen daha ödevi tamamlayamamış öğrenciler bu hafta sonu tamamlayabilirler. 

Ayrıca, Rockalingua  "İçerik" bölümünde "Cadılar Bayramı" ve "Dia de Muertos" adlı kültürel farkındalık ile ilgili yeni aktiviteleri de bulabilirsiniz.
