Rapunzel

His wife loves the taste so much that her craving strengthens, and the husband vows to steal some more rapunzel. Instantly the witch makes off with the baby, whom she names Rapunzel. When Rapunzel is 12, the witch imprisons her in a stone tower that has neither stairs nor a door. The witch herself can't visit Rapunzel unless the girl lets down her long braids to make a ladder. One day, a passing prince hears Rapunzel singing in the tower and becomes desperate to meet her. He watches from behind a tree as the enchantress calls out Rapunzel, Rapunzel, let your hair down. The girl obeys, and the witch climbs up to the window. That night the prince goes to the bottom of the tower and uses the same words to call to Rapunzel. Down tumble her braids, and the prince quickly climbs up the tower to Rapunzel's room. The prince and Rapunzel soon fall in love and together hatch a plot to free her. The witch discovers the plot, chops off Rapunzel's hair, and banishes her to the woods. She then uses the shorn braids to lure the prince up the tower. In despair, the prince throws himself from the top of the tower. Hearing Rapunzel's sweet voice, he follows the song. When Rapunzel sees him, she bursts into tears and throws her arms around him. Her tears magically erase the prince's blindness.

PUBLIC SCHOOL VS PRIVATE SCHOOL (CONTRAST AND COMPARISON.

11-ZECHARIAH
Private schools operate independently and raise their own money from a variety of sources, including endowments, private grants, and student tuition. A public school is funded by the government, and all students are admitted free of charge. Due to funding from a variety of sources, private schools are able to offer a more specialized curriculum, special services for gifted or special needs students, or instruction in a particular religion or language. Public schools must follow the district-established curriculum and cannot refuse admission to any student living in the residential school zone.
Regarding private and public schools, there are many preconceptions. Private schools are frequently perceived as being extremely expensive, elite, and a better option for getting into reputable colleges.Public schools are frequently associated with poor quality, lax discipline, and low-level curricula. In order for parents to make an informed choice, this comparison provides a fair understanding of both schools.
As the names imply, public schools are administered and funded by the state or national government whereas private schools are funded wholly or partly by students' tuition and administered by a private body. To a large extent, private schools are independent from the interference of the public.
the similarities that I found out between public and private is that they both do not lose core subjects such as mathematics, science and English because the teachers teach the same knowledge to the students whether it is public or private. what I have noticed that is similar here is the well-run schools because everyone has discipline no matter where you study.the difference between public and private schools is that the schools run differently because the public schools only rely on government funds for schools and it is not enough, while the private school that have their own funds that they can weigh the costs of the school which from the tuition of the students, so they can provide the needs of the school. In the public, teacher is preserving to teach all the students even tough it has 50+ more every room and some electric fan and chair for the students is not enough done by so mamy students. Unlike in private every room have a aircon or electric fan that can reach every where the student sitting.

MEMBERS:
FRANCHEZKA ESPINAS
ERICA JHOI SILMETE
HAIZEL LUNAR
ZEDREC PATRICIO
STEPHANE ARCILLA

Indoor games can be done or performed inside a room or place. People often do this when they are stuck indoors, bored or simply want to have fun at home. The following are some of the common indoor games. Chess is the most popular board game that is played by two people. This improves thinking capability and keeps the brain active. Badminton is another type of indoor game that can be played by two or four players. It aims to get 21 points before the opponent and win the game. It is played indoor because the shuttlecock can get affected by the slightest wind. A card game is played with a deck or pack of cards intended for that game. The deck consists of a fixed number of pieces of printed cardboard known as cards. The cards in a deck are identical in size and shape. Each card has two sides, the face and the back. The backs of the cards in a deck are indistinguishable. The faces of the cards in a deck may all be unique, or may include duplicates, depending on the game. In either case, any card is readily identifiable by its face. The set of cards that make up the deck are known to all of the players using that deck. Hide-and-seek is a children's game in which one player covers his or her eyes until the other players have hidden themselves, and then he or she tries to find them. Scrabble is the ultimate crossword game in which every letter counts. It is played by two or four players competing in forming words with lettered tiles on a 225 square board. When playing your turn, count the value of all the letters in every new word that you formed.

Outdoor games are done outside, mostly commonly in natural settings. It benefits the body, mind, and spirit and improve fitness. Here are some examples of outdoor games. Basketball is one of the most popular sports in the world and widely viewed. It is a game played between two teams of five players each on a rectangular court. Each team tries to score by shooting the ball through the goal. Hopscotch is one of the oldest and most popular streets/playground games to exist. A player tosses an object called “pamato” into areas of a figure outlined on the ground and hops through the figure and back to regain the object by only jumping with one leg and then two legs in each square. Here in the Philippines we call it “piko”. Tumbang preso is a popular native game in the Philippines. The word tumba means “to fall” and preso means “prisoner.” The objective of the game is to make the can fall to its side and retrieve the thrown slipper before the “it” stands the can back up. The game involves throwing a slipper at a can by which the “it” or “taya” attempts to guard. Tag is a playground game involving two or more players.

The player who is “it” chases the other players in attempt to “tag” them by trying to touch one of them and making that person “it”. Ladtly? capture the flag is most fun when played with a large group. Players are split into two teams, each team having a flag or other marker at the team's base. The object of the game is to run into the other team's territory, capture their flag and make it safely back to your own territory. You can tag "enemy" players in your territory, sending them to your jail. They can be sprung from jail by a member of their own team running into your territory, tagging them and running back, with one freed person allowed per jail break. It is sometimes played that all the people in jail could hold hands and make a chain back toward their own territory, making it easier for members of their team to tag them.

Members:
Matriano, Ashley Nicole
Soriano, Shanaya Alliyah
Baylosis, Ma Theresa
Gonzales, Jennyfer
Vergara, Jhondave
Silades, Maria Christina
Estrada, Paul Adam Miguel

11-ZECHARIAH

On March 11, 2020, the World Health organization declared COVID-19 a global pandemic. Following the speed with which COVID-19 spread to all parts of the world, and to contain the spread of the disease, most governments around the world, including the US, authorized unprecedented social containment measures to stem the tide. These measures among others required social distancing and the temporary physical closure of educational institutions. The unida christian colleges School of Public Health, like all other institutions of higher learning, had to create distance-learning opportunities to enable students to complete the 2019–2020 academic year. The unplanned, rapid, and uncertain duration of the approach presented challenges at all academic levels. Not much information on best practices was available to guide such abrupt transitions to college education. The purpose of the study was to collect data on how the transition to distance learning impacted undergraduate and graduate students taking courses in public health at GSU. The goal was to identify student academic challenges and the unforeseen benefits of distance learning, and to use that information to inform practices that can be implemented during crises that impact university education.

MEMBERS:
ANTOLIN, Princess Nicole M.
Ongca,Sophia Nicole D.
DIWA,JANNEY M.
QUIJANO , Shayne
CATIIS, Ahmir Joshua S.
ELESTERIO, Rhalish A.

Because she lived nearby over the village deep in the woods, she would most likely be happy to get some food and a visit from her granddaughter. Mother gave Little Red Riding Hood a basket with food and a bottle of wine and told her: "Don't stray from the path."

Once she entered the woods, the girl promised but soon forgot about her mother's warning. The girl comes across the hungry wolf who wants to eat her but holds back because of some wood-cutters nearby. Instead, the man asks her where she is going, and she told to the wolf about her granny's lousy health and where her granny lives. He asks if it is far, and she responds that it is the first house in the next village.

The wolf tells her he will go to her grandmother's house too. He tells her to take one footway while he takes another, and they will see who gets there first, to her grandmother's place.

The wolf makes sure that he will arrive first by choosing the shorter path and races to the grandmother's house, while Little Red Riding Hood takes her time, chasing butterflies and collecting nuts on her way.

When the wolf arrives, he disguises his voice to sound like the little girl, and the grandmother allows him into her home. When the wolf enters the house of the little girl's grandmother, he eats her. He then dresses in her clothing and goes to bed to wait for the little girl.

When the girl arrives and calls her grandmother, the wolf responds, telling the girl to enter the house. The girl is surprised by her grandmother's big ar's ('all the better for embracing you, my child!' 'er 'grandmother' replies), her deep voice ('all the better for greeting you), her big ea's ('all the better for hearing you), her big eye' ('all the better for seeing 'ou), and her big teeth' ('all the better to eat you with!'). Little Red Riding Hood screamed, and the wolf ate Little girl.

She was lucky enough to be heard by a working woodsman who rushed into the house to help the poor girl. He immediately grabbed the wolf and made him spit out the grandmother and the child. They were baffled about what happened but still in one piece. They cried out thanks to the woodsman for saving them from the dire wolf.

From his castle in the deepest part of the ocean, the Sea King governed the underwater realm. His four daughters, who were all born one year apart, lived with him and his mother. The Little Mermaid, the youngest of the four princesses, spent a lot of her time swimming in sunken treasure ships. (BAUTISTA) She fell in love with a handsome young man who came onto the deck of a ship, and when he fell because of the strong rainstorm, the little mermaid was there to save him. She sang a melancholy song after concluding that the prince had died, and then the prince suddenly stir. (MEDEL) The little mermaid saw the prince open his eyes, and the mermaid heard a group of people approaching. The little mermaid swam away and hid on the big rock near the island, she saw the prince being supported by people. (MAGANA) The Little Mermaid took the potion and drank it. When she woke up, she was on the same dry land as when she had rescued the prince. That night, the prince showed her around the castle rooms. The prince had not been not looking forward to going to it. That day, with the Little Mermaid by his side, the prince felt glad. (CORTAS) After that, the Prince wanted the Little Mermaid by his side every day. He thought he could even fall in love with her and even hoped to marry the Little mermaid. The King called his Son and said to have decided that he should take a bride and said we had already picked one. The Prince was crushed and the Little Mermaid felt fear. (SABATER) The Little Mermaid is told by the Sea Witch to kill the princess in exchange for a knife. If she kills the princess, her wedding can not take place and she can return to the sea. The Sea Witch said there was only one way to save his youngest daughter from her fate. The Little Mermaid is told by the Sea Witch to kill the princess in exchange for a knife. If she kills the princess, her wedding can not take place and she can return to the sea. Tentacles were twisting out from all over her body like an octopus. (Fajardo) The little mermaid knew she had to protect the prince and his bride, but she was lifted by the witch's tentacles and spun on its chest, so she took advantage of the opportunity to plunge the witch's knife deep into the monster's chest. The prince shot multiple arrows and the witch dropped under the water. After that, the little mermaid got out of the grasp of the witch. The bride shouted, and the prince knew that she was not the girl he thought she was. Then the little mermaid started singing, and the prince knew who that voice belonged to. The Sea King arrived and lifted his daughter back onto the ship. The prince hastily put his arm around her and asked her for marriage, and a wedding on board took place. Private school families come from a wider radius and more actively choose to attend school. Some private schools offer services, while others may facilitate parent cars.

CONTRAST
The classroom size in public schools can be as large as 30 to 50 students (or more), while most private schools keep their class sizes closer to an average of 20 to 30 students, depending on the school.
Public schools are administered and funded by the state or national government. Government intervention in public schools operates as subsidy thereby making the tuition fees less expensive. Numerous of these tactics are used in families and communities. And other young people also need to learn to use protections like condoms etc. They also need to learn to do learning sexual activities to prevent young people from getting pregnant early.

SHORTAGE OF NATURAL RESOURCES
The solutions that must be done in order not to run out of daily needs are to save food that will be needed, leave food for the next day. Do not immediately use purchased household, cooking, clothing and other items. Also don’t spend money right away because we can’t use it in something right away. Also recycle things that can still be used and shop carefully.

INFLATION
The possible solution to avoid inflation is to have a limit population ng the place where we live in. The price of the product can be increased because a lot of people wanted to buy that how ever its pricy, so the seller would sell the product as high the people can afford it.

UNCONTROLLABLE PARENTS
The effective solution here is to do family planning because every family’s life becomes better if it is planned.

11-NAPHTALI

THE PROBLEM AND SOLUTIONS OF OVER POPULATION

Overpopulation, we specifically mean a situation in which the Earth cannot regenerate the resources used by the world’s population each year. Obviously, no one person or organization can cover all these efforts. But each of us can do something and together we can create a sustainable world.

Population is the group of people wherein the numerous population would cause an overpopulated environment. The problem with overpopulation is the lack of water, houses, food or other things because people are suffering too much because of the lack of work and just like the pandemic people lost their jobs, one thing with overpopulation was the lack of supplies that the people would be needing for daily lives, thus, the government would lose control due to its outrageous population and may cause havoc in maintaining better education and healthcare to its citizens and their environment. This essay discusses the problem regarding overpopulation and its possible solution that would eliminate or moderate the situation. Addressing this situation may alleviate poverty our country is experiencing and create solutions to decrease the continuous increase of population. So now that we know what overpopulation is, now let's see, what are the possible solutions to solve the problem?

Lack of sex education, whether in the Philippines or other countries, can result in unprotected sex, a rise in HIV incidence, and unintended pregnancies. The parents should view the issue of sex education as crucially vital as those pertaining to education. This includes the academic world that consists of millions of enrolled learners and active teachers who previously had regular classes in their institutions, and due to the pandemic, got stuck at the home. To continue the education process, the online class was introduced in most of the countries. In this mode, both teaching and learning happen through electronic devices which are relatively new to the entire teaching-learning community. This study aimed to understand how online classes had fared for the teachers and students in India. Besides, it tried to understand the users’ experience and the unique set of challenges that this mode of education brings.

the cause is due to the virus that spreads quickly or clings to the human body. It includes games like card games, dice games, chess, dominoes, and etc. Indoor games make development in our brain and mental power. Indoor games are categorized depending on their medium and format. Various games keep us occupied and engaged, ranging from traditional board games to high-tech video games. Play is an essential component of our lives and learning. When playing games, both the mind and body are used. Practicing indoor activities may strengthen our bodies and brains while also gaining valuable lessons and abilities. They also teach us respect and obedience to regulations. We can both play by the rules and feel better about ourselves. We can learn how to adhere to the norms and regulations properly.

Outdoor Games are played on the large area or in the ground. Games such as hide and seek and jump rope are examples of outdoor games. Outdoor games helps our body to become fit and healthy because it uses more efforts and strength. For instance, paratriathlon is split into three official classifications. Separate categories exist for those using wheelchairs (PTWC), those using walkers/canes (PTS), and those who are blind or visually impaired (PTVI) (PTVI). Those who are legally blind or have low vision are known as PTVI triathletes. Successful guide-athlete pairings rely on constant two-way communication, with the guide informing the athlete of course features and obstacles and the athlete informing the guide of any changes in strategy that may affect the path of the race.

Members who participated:
House of Samson
Salita,Raphael Angelo
Oaquiera,Kenji Bjorn
Cunanan,Kiannah
Monzon,jewelyn
Oyco,Kimberly
Saliva,Diana
Ylagan,Kc
Amores,Ivan

Cinderella

Once upon a time, there was a lovely young lady named Cinderella. The animals adored her, particularly two mice named Gus and Jaq. They'd go to great lengths for the girl they called Cinderelly. Lady Tremaine, Cinderella's stepmother, was cold, cruel, and envious of Cinderella's charm and beauty. Lady Tremaine was opposed to Cinderella attending the ball. She desired that the Prince meet Anastasia and Drizella. Lady Tremaine kept Cinderella busy with chores that took all night to complete. The mice and birds fixed Cinderella's dress while she was working. They embellished with ribbons and beads that the two stepsisters had discarded. The animals collaborated to transform a simple dress into a stunning gown! The stepsisters were enraged when they saw their old ribbons and beads on Cinderella's dress. They ripped the dress and yanked the beads off. Lady Tremaine did not intervene. Cinderella could now attend the ball, but her gown had been ruined. "Bibbidi-bobbidi-boo!" exclaimed the Fairy Godmother as she waved her wand once more. Cinderella was now dressed in a lovely gown and sparkling glass slippers. Prince Charming couldn't take his gaze away from Cinderella at the ball. The orchestra began to play, and the Prince began to dance with the lovely girl whose name he had yet to learn. "Return!" exclaimed the Prince. The Prince directed the Grand Duke to locate the girl who matched the glass slipper. Lady Tremaine imprisoned Cinderella in the attic, but her mouse friends freed her. The Grand Duke was then tripped by Lady Tremaine, and the glass slipper shattered. . . Cinderella, on the other hand, had the other in her pocket. And it was perfect! Cinderella and the Prince married soon after. Everyone was happy, including Cinderella's mouse friends, who dressed up for the wedding. Prince Charming and Cinderella lived happily ever after, filled with joy.

House of Barnabas members who participated:
Lauresta, Raine
Noblado, Faolein F.
Padillo, Arrian
Rivera, Ranz

However, the
quick switch to online learning has brought up a number of problems
that have not been handled. Numerous studies have looked into how
dentistry students felt about online learning throughout the epidemic,
with varying degrees of success. Additionally, there hasn't been much
research done to pinpoint and comprehend the pedagogical and other
aspects that affected students' adoption of online learning during
campus closure. Additionally, no empirical research has been done to
determine how students' learning performance was affected by online
learning during the epidemic. In response to government-issued stay-at-home orders, the dental school under study here changed didactic
training online in March 2020. During the summer quarter of 2020, this
pioneering comparison study investigated how effectively online
courses were regarded by students.

Negative side effects of
"Online Distance Learning"

• Less Direct Contact- Online classes don't
offer immediate and regular access to
instructors and classmates as traditional
face-to-face classes. The communication
typically takes place through e-mail and in
virtual discussion forums. While this can
aid in learning technology, it negatively
impacts a student's ability to interact with
professors, ask questions, and get
immediate help. It also takes away from
some of the informal social and team building in college classrooms.

Lack of Structure
• Self-disciplined students can benefit from the
flexibility and convenience of online classes, but the
lack of formal structure can be a pitfall for
undisciplined or unmotivated students. You don't have
a standard meeting time and you don't have regular,
direct interaction with teachers and peers who can
remind you of assignments and push you to work
harder. Online students who lack self-discipline can fall
behind on assignments, fail to study adequately by
test deadlines, and ultimately suffer because of a lack
of initiative in engaging instructors via e-mail or phone.

Students sometimes misconstrue that online
classes require less time and effort than traditional
courses. The Montgomery College Online Student
Success Center noted that active and self-disciplined
learners typically succeed. Students who struggle
with traditional course rigor often have difficulty
with the time commitment required for online
classwork. You normally have to schedule time each
day to read assignments and complete quizzes and
tests that you would take in class in a traditional
setting. Online students also have to engage in class
discussions and complete assignments, papers, and
projects. Team activities may also add to the time
commitment in some classes, as students must often
communicate with peers electronically and
collaborate on work.

Positive Side Effects on
"Online Distance Learning"

Flexibility
Another benefit of online learning is that it saves time.
efficiency. This caused all the things in the world to be paused for almost 2 years. It has been very difficult for everyone like us, students. Speaking from experience, this pandemic caused me so much stress and difficulty in coping with all the works and tasks. I am not a type of student that is used to online classes or self-learning. I feel like my full potential is not totally showing. I really struggled and disappointed so many people even myself. On the other hand, this was a time for other students for them to step up on their game. But all in all, we all know that this has been more disastrous that it being a positive impact to the world. Now, that the classes are starting to be back as it was before, Students like me have gained our confidence back and redeem ourselves from the hardships that we have been through throughout the pandemic.

The effects of distance learning on students

Distance education can have the same effect on measures of student academic between traditional and distance learning. Students achievements have an effect towards online education.

-The results did not reflect the effectiveness of online courses in three colleges with the largest student enrollments, as well as … a useful sense of students’ initial academic performance.

-Since the day our school closed, students lives may have undergone significant change due to a pandemic, a recession, and civil unrest. It's possible that students will no longer have access to the internet, a device to use, or a classroom. Some students won't be able to meet at designated times. All of that makes it difficult to learn, think, and engage meaningfully.

Between anxiety around the coronavirus pandemic and nationwide uproar over racial injustice, many students are facing unprecedented emotional challenges. And they may not have the support system or coping skills to manage them.

One thing to try: Incorporate social-emotional learning (SEL) into your distance learning plans. It can help your students—and you—manage emotions without disengaging. You may also want to help families understand which types of emotional help are available for their child.

~The content isn’t accessible
Making sure materials are accessible can be a major challenge, whether students are going online or picking up paper packets. If students aren’t comfortable with the system you’re using, they might avoid it. It takes time to establish norms and practices with a new system—especially when it involves technology. It’s hard to measure engagement when you’re all still learning how the new system works.

In some cases, content being presented in a new way keeps kids from accessing it. For instance, students who struggle to process auditory information may have trouble with video lessons. Students who need more visual support may struggle with text-heavy directions and materials. English language learners may have difficulty accessing content without the support they’d typically have in your physical classroom.

Members who participated

Duke carascal
Hannah belarmino
Chester almonte
Mary Guadalupe templanza
Xavier ybañez
Marcus indol
Niñal princess
Pereda justine

Although many environmental trends are grim, there exist clear paths forward toward a more sustainable world: one where people steward resources for the future and share habitat and resources generously with other species.

Recently, a correspondent wrote challenging us to identify solutions to the demographic and environmental problems we write about. We appreciate the reminder to remain forward looking and in response share the ideas below. Obviously, no one person or organization can cover all these efforts. But each of us can do something and together we can create a sustainable world.

These are personal and policy suggestions that we and others study. Some points are obvious, others fairly well established, but all need more research. If you are a scientist or scholar, one of the most important actions to take is to address population matters in your research, or join other researchers who are doing so. - Micah

A great holiday was proclaimed to celebrate Auroraís birth. Visitors came from far and wide, including three good fairies, named Merryweather, Fauna and Flora. Aurora received the gift of Beauty, and gift of SongÖ but before the last gift was bestowed, a wicked fairy interrupted. The good fairy wasnít strong enough to undo the spell, but she was able to dilute it a bit ñ instead of death, Aurora would fall asleep until her true love come along to undo the spell with a kiss.

As a precaution, all spinning wheels were removed from the kingdom, and Aurora lived in hiding as a peasant with the good fairies for protection. She grew up, met Prince Philip, and fell in love. On the night of Auroraís 16th birthday, Aurora, Prince Philip, and the good fairies all went back to the castle to live. But the evil fairy snuck into the castle and pricked Auroraís finger with a needle, causing her to fall asleep. With the help of the good fairies, Prince Philip kissed her and she awoke.

Once there was a hardworking girl with a wicked stepmother and a heart of gold. She got a makeover from a fairy godmother, scored a dance with a prince, and snagged a happily ever after in a pretty sweet castle. This story crossed the globe for thousands of years, winning hearts wherever it went. Although the most familiar version of “Cinderella” was recorded by 17th-century French writer Charles Perrault, the well-respected scholarly website Sur La Lune Fairy Tales estimates there may be as many as 1,500 traditional variants of the tale around the world. Those include “The Girl with the Rose Red Slippers” from ancient Egypt and a ninth-century Chinese version. The story has inspired countless modern retellings, including Walt Disney’s iconic 1950 cartoon, the blockbuster film Pretty Woman, the novel and movie Ella Enchanted, and too many others to name. See which Cinderella quote made our list of favorite Disney movie quotes.
