I chose this photo because I think it was taken really well. The flower is the only thing in focus . The background is also dark and the flower is very bright and vibrant. I interpreted the prompt as both using Photoshop to make a photo black and white as well as taking a photo of a subject that is black and white. I chose to compare the lights on and off. The pattern I chose is of lights. I chose this pattern because the lights look very interesting and I think the way they were set up makes them look even prettier. The way I took the photo, nothing is really in focus and the lights all look a little blurry. I chose this picture because I love that it’s of nature but is also a shot of a person. The way she is holding the vine is kind of interesting because it’s infront of her face a little and also there is a lot of intensity in her eyes.
