The solution is that Bizarro sees his mobile was broken and Super was helpful and called Batman to fix his mobile. Since, it was fixed Bizarro caused no trouble .

The whole book is about people fighting over equal rights for whoever is darked - skinned. They are fighting for equal rights because lots of people were being treated bad. For example: Some colored people were lynched( when you are lynched you are hung up by a rope and then tied onto a tree with your alive body), others were chased with dangerous police dogs, people were wet with a really strong and dangerous firefighter hoses. White and colored people were not allowed to be together and be friends. I think that the man will be put into jail forever.
