         <description><![CDATA[<div>On August 19, 1945, the League for the Independence of Vietnam launched a revolution against French and Japanese colonial rule in Vietnam. Many uprisings erupted after the Nguyen Dynasty lost the country to the French, but all were put down. Vietnamese nationalism has evolved significantly, and it is now primarily focused on a single goal: the country's independence. During this time, many revolutionaries and great organizations with nationalist ideologies were born in Vietnamese history.</div>]]></description>

For this reason, the NLF was found to lead the revolution in South Vietnam.&nbsp;<br>This was a big step for the revolutionary movement of South Vietnam, having an organization to lead and unify the people of the South to stand up and fight off invaders.</div>]]></description>
