Morally, a public servant should provide equality of service as they are often putting pressure on others to be 'good citizens'. We all have the same rights and should therefore be provided with fair service. Legally, all public servants have to follow professional standards and policies  that state what conduct is appropriate. A member of a public service that was seen to be prejudice would face disciplinary action and likely lose their job.</div>]]></description>
