It affects only the outer skin layers. </p><p><strong>Initial Care:</strong> Clean with mild soap and water, apply antibiotic ointment, and cover with a sterile bandage. </p><p><strong>Post Care:</strong> Keep clean and dry, change dressing daily. No referral needed unless signs of infection appear.</p>]]></description>
