Informal recruitment was one of the biggest positives of the year because we were able to all work together to recruit new members into our chapter. Bid day was also a huge success with incredible decorations and a great time for all of our sisters. Our chapter has put in a consistent effort to plan sisterhood events, collaborate with fraternities, and host fundraisers contributing to an amazing cause. Being able to be back in person has played a crucial role in being able to be together and do fun things as a chapter. With everything going on in our everyday lives and the constant changes we go through, I want to give my sisters more opportunities to have a safe space to share their thoughts and feelings about anything. I would like to create a safe space for my sisters to share their thoughts and feelings about anything. Whether it be at the end of chapter, at a sisterhood event, or just a night hanging out, I would like to give my sisters the time to talk about their feelings. After all, we are all in this together and should be there for each other through the thickest and thinnest of life. Change requires effort, perseverance, and determination. I would like to do all of these things by making sure I am always on top of my responsibilities, reminding others of theirs, and being communicative as possible to the entire chapter. Another positive change I would like to bring is the level of involvement. I plan to try my absolute best to make sure my sisters are aware of events, attending them, and given many opportunities to participate and play a role in the chapter. Working with everyones busy schedules is the hardest challenge to face because everyone has many responsibilities and workloads to handle. I plan on overcoming this challenge by making sure to be organized and aware of everyones schedule. I would like to plan events in advance to make sure that everyone can attend while giving them enough time to take off work and work around their schedule.
