Some of us can learn by getting stuck in whilst others may prefer models or diagrams. A reflector on the other hand can learn by taking a step back and observing what is going on around them. They like to consider all the possible angles and implications before coming to a considered opinion. They spend time listening and observing, and tend to be cautious and thoughtful. 

Reflectors are likely to say:
