To prevent hit and run, payment shall be done thru QRIS before I proceeds your order. Once you fill out the form order, there’s no cancelment and Khai will not accepting any form of refund, unless there’s any errors made during the process.

Customers are expected to fill out the form order clearly! Especially in the request section, you can write some request such as, “aku request color scheme untuk foto moodboardnya dominan merah dan hijau yaa.” Khai do not accept any request that mention the word “terserah”. Photos and color consultation with Khai are also available before fill out the form order.

Preview of your order will be send thru your DM with estimated time 1-7 workdays. Cant wait to see the layout result?? :0 Worry not, Khai are also providing an inrush order with additional fee (+3000) for 1 layout!

Customers will be given two chances for revisions, and Khai accept minor revisions only such as changing psd filter, retext, or changing photo placement. Major revisions such as changing main photos and colors will be charged with additional fee afterward. A little note, Khai will not accepting any changing main photos revision for every moodboard layout catalogues unless customers are willingly to pay double for 1 layout.

Untuk menghindari hit and run, payment wajib dilakukan di awal dengan DP 50% dan 50% sisanya setelah semua preview layout telah dikirim. Untuk semua pemesanan, book slot, dan payment maksimal D-5 sebelum tanggal event.

Minimal pembelian layout untuk sponsorship adalah 2 layout dan maksimal 12 layout. List muse dan idol wajib dari customer.

Foto bisa diberikan dari customer atau dari Khai (+500p/layout) namun tidak diperbolehkan untuk mengganti foto apabila preview sudah dikirim. Retext dan rules juga bisa dari customer atau dari Khai tanpa adanya additional fee.

Customer dimohon untuk mengonfirmasi terlebih dahulu tanggal event ke Khai untuk mengecek ketersediaan jadwal Khai pada hari itu.
