An example of both connections and labor due to globalization, is that computer parts and accessories are manufactured in a foreign country and are sold in another country. Overall globalization pros out way the cons.

According to a study by the World Bank, globalization has helped reduce poverty rates in many developing countries by creating job opportunities and increasing access to international markets. Additionally, a report by the International Monetary Fund suggests that globalization leads to higher economic growth and increased productivity by encouraging competition and innovation. Multinational corporations have also played a crucial role in transferring knowledge and expertise across borders, contributing to higher living standards and improved quality of life worldwide. Overall, credible evidence supports the notion that globalization is good as it fosters economic development, promotes cultural diversity, and enhances global cooperation.

when globalization happens then many good things can happen but some of the bad things that could happen are job displacement and unequal economic growth and the reason for this is that people may make the majority of their shirts in country A and if you are in country B then you would have to move to country A just to work that job you specialize in and some places may make the more valuable items so if you are in country C where they make valuable and expensive goods then they may make more money than country D where they make less valuable material and thus less economic growth, some more reasons are that there are lack of local business which could happen because with the whole world running off of giant companies then there would be no reason for your tiny business when there is a better company making the same product. my final reason that there may be more global recessions because if one country loses their economic gain and fall off then the other countries that they provide for will also fall off making a cataclysmic event for the world and it would be like the great depression 2.0

According to "velocityglobal.com" it states “Globalization makes it easier than ever to access foreign cultures, including food, movies, music, and art.”. For example, in nationalgeographic.org it states, "Effectively, this means that workers in the developed world must compete with lower-cost markets for jobs; unions and workers may be unable to defend against the threat of corporations that offer the alternative between lower pay or losing jobs to a supplier in a less expensive labor market." The article entitled "6 Pros and Cons of Globalization in Business to Consider" states, "Through globalization, developing nations often gain access to jobs in the form of work that's been outsourced by wealthier nations". This evidence proves that through globalization, businesses all around the world are able to open up more jobs to people, which is a need for a lot of adults nowadays.

Domestic job loss affects so many people each year leading 5 million people to loose their job. According to epi.org "the U.S. lost more than 5 million manufacturing jobs thanks to the growing trade deficit in manufactured goods with China, Japan, Mexico, the European Union, and other countries."

The biggest problem about globalization is the increased chance of global recession. A global recession is a very devastating thing. Because globalization involves the whole globe, as the name suggests, if one part of the system fails then it causes everything to shut down. It causes markets around the world to crash to zero and causes a devastating enormous amount of jobs lost. With a loss of jobs it creates less money in the economy causing the crash to be even bigger. Think about what happened during the great depression. The great depression was a recession that started in the United States. But it eventually spread to the entire world. This is a good example of a recession and also a good example of how if one step in the process fails then the whole system does. It would cause so many problems that would take forever to solve.

For example a website titled "Europarl" says "Globalisation leads to increased competition between companies, which can result in closures, offshoring job losses"(Europarl.org). This proves how Globalization causes job loss because it starts a competition between other companies and later down the road of there competiton it leads to closure of complains, resulting into job loss. If this continues to happens for people with companies or who work for companies this is gonna lead to an excessive amount of job loss.

As a result, many locals have lost their jobs or been forced to accept lesser wages and poorer working conditions." The information above helps by showing what it means when others have no jobs. In the living environment that people have to live in now it is harder to live by lesser wages, and perhaps just not having a job at all. It can make people fall into other issues just because of job losses.

According to Harvard business online.edu, it states that "Globalization gives all nations access to a wider labor pool." With that information, it would be saying that, it gives people access to jobs to make money. Using the same source, nit mentions the fact that "Wealthier nations, on the other hand, might outsource low-skill work to developing nations with a lower cost of living to reduce the cost of goods sold and pass those savings on to the customer." With the information shown, it shows that things will be easier for nations. In conclusion, globalization could actually benefit the world economically.

As of now the world is more connected then ever before, mainly because of globalization. A study by the International Monetary Fund found that, "emerging markets, the transfer of technology has helped to boost innovation and productivity even in the recent period of weak global productivity growth" (imf.org 2018). This proves that globalization helps as only after technology was shared the markets overall quality increased. Not only that but according to World Bank Blogs in a rate of globalization, "In this period of rapid globalization, average income grew by 24 percent globally, the global poverty headcount ratio declined from 35% to 10.7%, and the income of the bottom 40 percent of the world population increased by close to 50 percent" (blogs.worldbank.org 2017). This quote further shows how globalization helps many people while increasing things like markets quality as said before. Do keep in mind these are only two of the reasons globalization is so good.
