Really looking forward to this phase 3 and how we can commit to incorporating learnings into our partnerships with grantees and our grantmaking

RJ as a framework for analysis, practice, power, and vision for the movement, not a category of org that get slotted into a funding category. Specific issue work like abortion focused work can and should be done with RJ practices.

Thinking a lot about how so many of the legal organizations -- in movement spaces and in our portfolios -- are white-led, and the need to think more actively about how to engage legal leaders of color and black legal leaders, in particular, in our grant making.

The "curb cut effect" metaphor was really powerful for me to think about on how this will spillover into other communities
