The goal of Urban City Lahore is to plan and construct a variety of blocks with a range of residential and commercial site options for the community. Each block will feature a unique design and themed list of features. Each block will serve as a distinct representation of Kala Shah Kaku and Lahore's contemporary growth.

Four Marla In the City Oasis District, commercial plots were also introduced. These generated a lot of interest and were sold out in less than a month. The second block of Urban City Lahore, which opened in the final quarter of 2023, was called City Venture District. Realtors and investors packed the home for its launch event, which took place at Defence Raya, DHA Phase 6, Lahore. The idea of going on adventures across the city's landscape serves as the subject. It will have a number of theme parks and adventure centers where locals may enjoy the latest adventures in the city. After the City Venture District, this is the third district to be introduced in Urban City Lahore. Its subject is commemorating Pakistan's traditional and cultural holidays.

The fourth block in Urban City, known as City Tech District, is scheduled to open following City Oasis District. It will serve as a new residence for business owners, IT professionals, tech experts, and the younger generation, who like living in a world full of advancements in technology.
