We shared knowledge, understanding and also had healthy debates on the meta-cognitive process with regard to current reality and future design.
    - We were open to multiple perspectives and shifted thinking too based on common understanding of the team
    - Because of the team's deeper understanding of the criteria for each LP we worked on, we were able to sieve through evidences with much ease which we initially thought might be a herculean task!
    - Team agenda: This played a huge role in meeting deadlines, sticking to the topic, contributing relevantly and meaningfully, ensuring that all are on the same page. Time management skills definitely improved in the process of collaborating with one another to such an extent where we mindfully utilized time beyond work hours by setting goals and ensuring they were met.
    - Reflections to realizations: Our reflective meetings and discussions brought to light common gaps that we began to own up to- Planning by design being one of the major aspect. The other major common goal that we identified was the need to have relevant data of quality over quantity.
    - We began to build upon a common language associated with each LP as we deconstructed them collaboratively.      Our learners now voice out the impact that teaching style, assessment demands and collaboration was having on their learning including virtual spaces.  Students have some really great insights on what is needed to beter their performance. The teacher teams have created and designed opportunities for students to reflect on the learning journeys and suggest constructive feedback through discussions etc.
    While students are able to raise issues of concern 
    Going forward this will consistently mean more agentic learning, and this might impact process and product with skill development.

    The understanding of the Learning principles among teacher teams has made us more aware and consciously use the right language and terminology - this trickle down effect is definitely positive among the kids resulting in agentic personalized learning styles and inclusivity in practice.

    Also, the idea that while art has the power to heal, it can also be a powerful tool to drive academic rigour. However much we are a transdiciplinary practice in PYP, arts  has not reached the potential it has and can have.
