When you overcome challenges you grow and you LEARN! Give yourself some credit during the learning process and make sure you pace yourself. Take a coffee/tea/water break while you're doing homework and make sure you still set aside time to "fill your own cup!" You can't give your best if you have nothing left to give. Giving yourself a day or two off in order to recharge is so important to committing to something for the long-term. Know your limitations and respect them. I've found that scheduling "recharge" time in your weekly list of to-do tasks can go a long way. Even if its 30 minutes or an hour, be intentional about letting your mind have a break.
