Firstly , the movement of why music can make our mood better depend on the music effect which mean that music can support to turn into a new leaf and lay our hair down after hearing the music . secondly , We usually listen to music in distinctive moments so each type of music can attach to our emotional which mean that it has a profound ability to evoke and shape our emotions . Last but not least , music can also be a part of our memory so that it can transport us back to specific moments in time or connecting with deep-seated emotions linking some type of emotions such as nostalgic .

To sum up , music is the matter of life and death which is a double edge sword impact on our good or bad emotion. So its really important , its can be your friend , your partner or something better . Therefore ,I conceive that you should try this habit by virtue of the benefits it brings so that you can have a better and energetic life
