When researching the difference between major and indie record labels, the main thing I noticed was the difference in production quality, amount of branding and marketing created by the record label. Eventually, I decided to establish 141 music as a major record label, meaning that my record label had access to high quality resources and marketing. Hence, the overall final production of my music video was kept to a high quality, utilizing professional equipment, in order to maintain 141 music's status as a major record label.

From examples of Goodwin's proposition of intertextuality, such as Twice's 'What Is Love', I have understood how intertextuality can create pathways for the music video to be successful. With Twice as an example, utilizing intertextuality has eventually allowed the music video to reach over 500M views. Hence, I decided to conform to this convention of Goodwin's idea of a "successful music video", whereby I referenced multiple movies within pop culture.
