National Economy - How the people at the "grass roots" can get closer to make decisions pertaining the national cake, and take a fair share of it
The current manifesto for the ruling party had a promise to supplly young girls with sanitary pads. However this issue has been put under the carpet up to now. Despite the number of women in decision making circles, it has not worked out and probably everyone is taking it for granted like i did until was faced with its reality.

Doing Adult and community Education at the University, it really shaped my world view and empowered me to act towards social change

 It  was so engaging and real, brought alot of career growth and fulfilment with every small impact made! I gOt to serve people in my home area. It also forms my largest network base.
I later quit my job feeling exhausted; and feeling that i missed out on the forming ages of my 2 children while working so hard. I joined the Business world, and just after 1 year I felt that was not my place to be, no purpose, no inner satisfaction....I hit the job search button once again and  got a Job with Akola Managing Education program for women in crisis that Akola was supporting. I finally felt at home again, now I know better that my heart is in the social world.
