It is important to learn the scout ideals by heart to carry it's wisdom to wherever, and whenever you are. You will be reminded what you need to do in a time of crisis and chaos, annd remind you the values taught by legendary people and wise men.

  • 1. As a freshman senior scout, i think i'll apply this ideals through teaching them what I have learned before trainings. or to be good example to them. Being good leader may help them to enhanced their skills of being scouts, because they will see how determined to us to teach them.

  • 2. Because as a leader, we must have love to our fellow scouts. we must have care to all acts and decision that they'll  make as a leader we must guide them! We must love them as family because they are truly are. A crew or group must have centered the feelings or each members. hence the unity of a group can be seen by that.

           -A good leader is on par with those being led by a Senior Crew Leader. "A good leader recognizes when someone is left out or doesn't fit in and makes an effort to figure out why and close the gap." Aside from that, one of the most important lessons that all leaders can learn from Scouts is the importance of values, which you can pass on to the next generation of Scouts. Having them; defining them in simple and easy-to-understand terms; documenting and constantly reinforcing them for the team; and, of course, modeling them or being a model for your own crew or team.

- It is vital to memorize the scout ideals so that you can carry their wisdom with you wherever you go. You'll be reminded of what to do amid a crisis or upheaval, as well as the lessons learned from renowned figures and wise people. It's also crucial for you and your fellow Scouts to develop academic skills, self-confidence, ethics, leadership abilities, and citizenship skills in youngsters that will influence their adult lives.
