I need all front desk attendants to be more careful next week. I know that mistakes will happen, but sometimes we all (myself included) need a little reminder. Please be more careful about these things: If all I have is a cash balance sheet and no till report, please let me know why. Never accept money without opening your till. Even if you're swamped, open one before taking any payments; it takes seconds. This is also a surefire way to lose track of what goes where. If we get audited, Brandy will be questioned, then I'll be questioned, and guess who I'll have to go to next? Yep, I will go to the cashier. Forgetting to drop credit card receipts isn't a huge deal, but please be more mindful when you're closing out. This happens a lot more frequently than you'd think. When charging for a fitness room pass, please ensure you've selected the correct membership. It messes up our data and overall numbers if we're charging for the wrong things. It can take me hours to reconcile tills when they're off, so please, please, please be more attentive next week.
