melt the chocolate in the table top chocolate tempering machine






check suhu sehingga down kpd 39/38



fill the mold yg dah dicorakkan dgn chocolate

shake mold untuk remove excess chocolate

scrap untuk bersihkan mold

wrap and chill the chocolate 



put in the filling and chill


tuang lagi coklat untuk last layer


chill kan lagi


keluarkn coklat after dah keras
