Hello. Antares is a heavy rocket vehicle. It can carry up to 4,750 to 6,250 kg. Its launch mass weighs up to 282,000 to 296,000 kg. Its 40.5 meters tall and its 3.9 meters in diameter. It has 2 to 3 stages. The 3rd stage is an optional stage in need of more payload capability.

Antares 1st stage engines are called Energomash and Aerojet. The 2nd stage motor is called ATK. Here is an image of Aerojet, one of the engines.

Antares was known as Taurus 2, but renamed in late 2011 to Antares.

Delta IV

Delta IV is another heavy rocket. It is fueled by Liquid Oxygen and Liquid Hydrogen. It is the largest rocket in use. It is also the largest rocket in the Delta family.
