First tasks were hard and I was anxious because it seemed like the Vietnamese way of doing things is veeeery very different. But I decided to calm down and accept that I cannot do things like I've used to, and now I am in a state of acceptance and I think our team is actually doing pretty well.

To be honest, this is my first time coming to a new country and experience new things here. So i think i am in honeymoon stage. In my perspective now, everything here is wonderful. First, Finns are very nice and helpful. In the first days, I had trouble with remembering things. I didn't know what the exactly directions are to come home so i was so confused and afraid because it's very cold outside and i just wanted to come home as soon as possible. So i asked for help form Finns. Although they are not good at English, they still tried to use their body language to help me on their best. Secondly, the weather here is so cool. Because in Viet Nam, it's tropical weather and there's too much sunny so i really love the weather here. The last thing is that there are many beautiful forests and lakes here. So it's a suitable place for hanging out with friends and relaxing after hard-working days.

I am still figuring out which stage I am exactly, since everything I am experiencing is somehow extremely difficult to describe. The Honeymoon stage seems a little bit too joyful to me, but I am not too disorientated either. I guess I am at the end of the Honeymoon stage, where I am no longer that excited with all the new things around me anymore & starting to have to face lots of problematic tasks in a strange land. The good thing is I can easily adapt & accept unfamiliar things, so Finland is the place where I am opening a new chapter of my life.

It has only been a bit more than 2 weeks since i had arrived here. Everything seems to amaze me, but only in a good way. It's not too different in Vietnam except for the people's sense of responsibility. For example: the politeness when offering help to others or the way drivers slow down everytime they see someone crossing the street. I had already been familiar with the lifestyle of Europeans so it has been great for me these whole time. Probably i'm in the Honymoon period.
