There were clearly defined areas for different sections of the room. Libraries were distinct in most rooms, for example.
Many rooms had their learning intentions prominently displayed. Anchor charts and student work were visible in many rooms.

- where students have drawn pictures for expectations, rewards, class rules rather than just writing them - helps for ownership
- use of photos to demonstrate things (book box expectations) etc
- Open planned classrooms and evidence of shared reading spaces look very impressive in many classrooms. 
- Some classes showing a range of students work from different areas. 
- More student work needs to be displayed across the school.
