The low prices offered by Target are a good selling point but damage the consumers' perception of the quality.
Target should campaign and advertise not only their quality, but what makes their quality so good. Teach the people what makes the quality of a garment great and show that Target does them too.
This includes; "why we choose these materials", "how do we make these fabrics", "The yarn and stitching we use and why it make the difference", "This is what we're doing, this is why we're leading".
