G. Wells. It is set in the 1800's. The main character lived in Woking, UK. People of the town started seeing green falling stars. One of them literally fell there, making a big pit. People who got closer could see a big black cylinder, which was being unscrewed from inside. A day later, strange creatures began getting out of it. Its plot is about a man, David Webb, who is peacefully married, but one day another man called "Carlos the Jackal" decides he wants to kill him. David Webb, then, becomes his alter ego "Jason Bourne": a man with many abilities and much wit to solve difficult situations in which he is involved throughout the story.
