         <description><![CDATA[<div>- Considerations for students who have F2F and online lessons back-to-back. Do they need a study pod on site to save them travelling back to accommodation?&nbsp;<br>- Concern over having all of one type (eg. online) in the morning and all of the other (eg. F2F) in the afternoon = pressure on students and staff?<br>- an idea to have for example, IFY all online in AM, all F2F in PM; and vice versa for PMP?&nbsp;<br>- What about students who arrive in country mid-term? Will they need help in transitioning from online to F2F?<br>- impact on class sizes?<br>-Teachers moving from online to F2F delivery and vice versa in a day – can’t expect to go home<br>- There could be different models for each level: IFY and PMP&nbsp;<br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>- Needs a booking system that works to ensure that no pod is double-booked<br>- noise-cancelling headphones - will they make staff sound like they are in a call centre?&nbsp;<br>- How many pods will be in each room?<br>- Distractions in the room with the pods – some people will not like the slightest bit of noise or will get distracted by shadows&nbsp;<br>- People who don’t like confined spaces may not like the pods (this has been addressed with other areas being available in the short term)&nbsp;<br>- What happens to equipment staff currently have at home from the office? &nbsp; Laptops and headphones could be brought into college if needed on a daily basis but not if travelling by public transport as wouldn’t be covered by insurance. &nbsp; Some staff have monitors and chairs – will they be able to keep these if some of the time they are working from home?</div>]]></description>
