         <description><![CDATA[<div>Juan Lopez:Oakland has spacial analysis because in the overdose map there is sign that Oakland does have lots of over dose deaths. Since they have lots of overdose  they use more Opiod prescribition. While California has less deaths so they have less use of Opiod prescribition.</div>]]></description>
