The QL transition is a difficult process.

the ESC worries and QL, as well as a lot of work for the first deadline. A lot of organizations wanting to apply for QL arround 140 applicants. Short time for applications and evaluation. The management fees for ESC lower than 2020, which is another challenge to balance high work ammount.

concerns about the timing of the programme and communication with the stakeholders, no official documents, we fear that the IT tools might not work at the start. Short deadlines for the beginning of the projects, very difficult to manage.

agree with all, worried about the possibility to open the call in April, we still do not have the ESC legal basis, worried about the legal issues and the communication with the participants.  Worried with the general implementation about the implementation of the programme, staff problems. We received 20 new employees.

- Lockdown means everything is happening online, i.e. getting people mobile is difficult, also the weariness of online meetings and activities.
- Difficult not to lose anything on the way of programme preparation within our teams (i.e. requirements and bits and pieces that are still important for programme prep and mgmt)
- Plus, time-frame is very short!
- On a professional/personal note we need to deal with colleagues who are eager to meet physically, come back to the office space

The head of the institution changed in the meantime, many people of other units changed, not sure how much it will affect our work

a lot of staff changed, almost 20%, possible burnout risk. Lots of teleworking. All of the sectors under one roof. Two persons in youth unit only

has very experienced staff with two programs in the backpack. The difficulties is the stress at the beginning of the programme, new tools and rules within a short time. 

some problems about the organizations, all of the parts of the programme in the same organisation. 20-40 people, + 30 technical staff

reorganisation in last september, implementing new organisation, lots of teleworking, optional office work.
