I made my article a interview/Q&A because I think they are interesting to read. In my article I have a general Q&A then underneath I have a ‘get to know Lewis more’ which allows the reader to have a bit more of an insight on his hobbies and interests, also as my audience are fairly young I have chosen artists that everyone will enjoy with lots of different genres like rap and pop for example the some of the artists I have chosen are Eminem, Rihanna, The Beatles and Jay – Z.

I attracted my audience in many different ways like, the fonts I used video Pac which I really liked as I gave the text a bold stand out affect which is useful when reading. I also used colours that my audience would like for example red, my images look professional and well layed out to make them nice and professional to look at. I tried maintaining a level of consistency in my work with the red, black and white colours and also the same fonts on each page because I think they go well together, my contents page looks like a Q magazine contents page with that same colour and layout as Q magazine which is a well-established magazine I know my audience will enjoy reading my magazine as well.

In all my images on the front cover, contents page and the double page spread, the eye contact of the artist looking out of the page will attract an audience as the eyes will engage the reader and persuade them to read.

This article is personal so it will engage the reader who is wanting to know more about the artist.
