But before you go to sleep, have everything ready for the morning i.e. at least three pencils, pens, ID, etc. I would then recommend waking up an hour before you have to leave to just sit and relax and wake up a little bit. Watch some TV, make a good ass breakfast with like eggs and avocado. But to make it a little less hellish, force yourself to analyze the passage your reading and really work to underline what you think could be important. This way, you are subconsciously understanding what was a very confusing passage.
