This next rank was a supervisor position and held great responsibility to my seniors. In order to receive the recomendation needed , I had to appear before a panel of senior noncommissioned officers and answer a series of questions. These questions were not only multiple choice but they were situational as well.  I prepared for this prommotion board several months in advance, however the day before and the day of left me full of anxiety, fear and nausiousness.
