         <title>5 stressors in my life</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>Some stressors in my life is homework because it really stresses me out and when it is hard that is when i get a lot of stress from doing my homework.</p><p>Another stressor in my life is my friends because there is a lot of drama going on at one time that it is so stressful.</p><p>The third stressor in my life is my family, well you might be thinking how it is your family you live with them well that is true but sometimes they push me to do stuff and put a lot of pressure on me that is makes me very stressed out.</p><p>The fourth stressor in my life is school, the reason i say this is because school made me so stressed<sup><sub> </sub></sup>out from a test and i did not feel good and i felt wet and sweaty hands.</p><p>The last stressor in my life is when I got bullied, so basically there were multiple times when i got bullied and this had me very upset and very stressed out and you are probably wondering how it made me stressed so the joke was that i was dumb and stupid and the next period i had a test and it made me stressed out and thought i was gonna fail and all that and that is how i got stressed out from that.</p>]]></description>

Self soothing: comforting yourself with your 5 senses for example smelling, touch, hear, and see</p><p>&nbsp;Distraction: taking your mind off the problem for a while for example you could take of your mind off a big problem and maybe read a book and maybe do a puzzle and do what you like the most in your opinion.</p><p>Opposite action: doing something opposite of your impulse that’s consistent with a more positive emotion for example affirmations and inspiration which means looking at or drawing something that is motivational statements or images. 2.something funny or cheering which means watching tv or something.</p><p>Emotional awareness: identifying your emotion for example a journal, writing supplies, and drawing.</p><p>Mindfulness: centering and grounding yourself in the present moment for example meditation or relaxation.</p><p>Crisis Plan: contact info of supports and resources for when coping isn’t enough for example therapist, psychiatrist, hotline, crises team/ ER 911</p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p>]]></description>
