<title>Every person has the right to carry out a freely chosen or accepted job or profession. Among the rights of the worker, the most important one concerns safety at work, considering that health is a fundamental right of the individual and the interest of the community (art. 32 Cost.). The employer holds a position of guarantee towards the worker: he must ensure safe and not excessively stressful working conditions or a work environment that is not harmful to the health of workers.</title>
