Hi Muhammad,

I still have some open questions from the training. Here you go:

When getting started with mapping key processes, how do we support other teams in doing so? How do we support them in mapping activities they are the expert in, without adding a ton of additional workload?

How do we take the company along/convince them that a certain extent of process documentation is beneficial and helpful? (or: how do we measure the improvements a more process oriented approach brings?)

In the end, we shortly discussed ETQ - however, a system like that is currently out of budget. How do we then best enforce a system of regular updating and managing processes?

What does a good access management and visibility throughout company look like? Should every documented process be visible to everyone?

Looking forward to your reply! (This is Solveig from Fairphone, somehow the Padlet connection does not work - sorry!)
