We went for it and "bang!" it was good! we manged to reduce speed to market and we reduced the costs of delivery by half! [Provocation] I decided to do stand up comedy in my church to realize this hobby in public.
[Action] For my first appearance, I was afraid to react quickly on the stage and forget all my prepared scenario in front all these people
[Resolution] Finally, when I was on stage all my fears disappear. The public reaction help a lot to build my confidence and it was OK! So now, I will surely continue to share these moments as I reached my goal.

It was only few month when I arrived and my relationship where all in France.
[Provocation] So I was alone in another country and slightly moving into depression.
[Action] My team noticed it and tried to help me in this difficult moment (not only for me, but also for them). Coffee break, going outside when it was allowed.

My reaction was always the same : quitting! The project or even the company.
After some years I even went through a burnout. Hopefully I recovered and became stronger at dealing with stress and confrontational situations.
Something link 5 years ago I decided not to quit anymore and try to make a difference instead : everytime I'll face these situations not only will I be able to handle it but I'll try to help others! Now when this kind of situation happen, I'm helping people standing up for themselves and I try to intervene has a mediator.
