The countries that participated were German and Poland. It was a big run against Poland which included armored divisions, infantry, and air power. The Polish army fought but soon were overpowered by Germany leading Britain and France to declare war over Germany. Throughout this, the country suffered from an immense amount of human and material loss. This was said to be a quick ¨ Germany Victory¨ Then for the France Maginot Line was between France and Germany It was along their eastern border which was designed to fight or block any sort of German invasion. When Germany began their invasion it bypassed the Maginot line surprising the French. This led to more effectiveness of military strategies.

This was an event between France and Germany, where there was a fast defeat of France by German forces. This fall of France led to the collaborationist Vichy regime in Southern France and continuous threats from other countries. Across the board, it was a shock and devastation for the French people and a win for Germany. This reshaped the layout of war and emphasized the importance of mobility, coordination, and adaptability in modern warfare.

For Nazi Germany's invansion of the Soviet Union, ¨ Operation Barbarossa¨ was the codename. This was because Hitler wanted to take power of territories, eradicate Soviet resistance, and secure vital resources. The German forces having support from the Axis allies made a large advancement which captured more than thousands of Soviet soldiers. However a shocking surprise, the weather conditions led to a failure in Germany's plan. This led to conflict on the Eastern side, and any hope for Germany victories.

Since Iwo Jima was an air base and a possible starting point for strikes on Japan, it was strategically significant to both sides. There were many losses and fierce combat throughout the battle. The Japanese had strong defenses against the US Marines, including a system of connected positions, hardened bunkers, and underground tunnels. The Allies moved one step closer to their ultimate objective of conquering Japan with the conquest of Iwo Jima, which served as a crucial base for American operations in the Pacific. The United States was the winner of this battle.

Taking place between April 1 and June 22, 1945, the Battle of Okinawa stands as one of the most important and deadly conflicts in the Pacific theater of World War Ill. It was a large amphibious attack by Allied forces against the heavily constructed Japanese defensive, and it happened on the Japanese island of Okinawa. There were numerous losses on both sides of the fierce and violent combat. The decision to unleash atomic bombs on Hiroshima and Nagasaki was largely influenced by the outcome of the Battle of Okinawa, which illustrated the tremendous price and difficulty of a full-scale assault on the Japanese mainland.

The explosion of the "Little Boy" atomic bomb on the city of Hiroshima, resulted in the immediate deaths of tens of thousands of people and extensive damage. A second atomic bomb, "Fat Man," was dropped on Nagasaki three days later on August 9, with an equally deadly effect. The Pacific War came to an end when Japan surrendered as a result of the bombings. Because of the massive number of civilian casualties and the long-term effects of nuclear weapons on the environment and health, the bombs are still quite contentious. This not only ushered in the nuclear era and changed warfare, but it also gave rise to serious security and ethnic concerns that still influence international politics and arms control initiatives today.
