We enjoyed reading Stick Man in Cherry Class and were very happy when he returned home to his family.

This is one of my favourite stories and I really enjoyed reading this to Cherry Class. We loved talking about how kind the witch was letting everyone on her broomstick. The children thought it was funny how the dragon was scared of the monster but actually it was all the animals tricking the Dragon.

In Cherry class one of the books we have been looking at is Billy Monsters Daymare. We have loved reading and talking all about Billy being scared of children and how Daddy Monster helped Billy. We particularly like the end where Billy Monster says “Daddy do you think if children were real would the have daymares about monsters”

Elianas favorite books currently are The Worst Witch series.

"Mildred isn't the worst witch, Ethel is because she's mean" according to Eliana.

Also Matilda, which sparked her enjoyment of r Roald Dahl books. Still many to read.

Flamingo is Brave

Reggie likes how Flamingo gets braver and braver throughout the book. Reggie liked that the lion was kind to flamingo
