This quote describes how terrified she is for her love ones.

I giggle and went to the kitchen table to live the letter for my dad. I can feel the tears rushing to come out but I just can’t cry right now. I feel a hand in my shoulder and I see Veronica giving me a supportive smile.

A-Action:
Then I feel a tight grip holding my arm and being almost drag to a space where there was no one that could hear us talk. 
If he doesn't get what he want in good way he dose it in bad terms.
Out of the sudden I see him reach out to me and grabs my forearm throwing me to the wall which causes an extremely strong pain in the back of my head and back. 
He is abusive and a selfish.
